Sam is a very assertive, responsive, and helpful agent. He tackles problems as soon as possible. The check engine light is on when we test drive and he took a OBDII tool to read the error right away. It turns out to be a minor oil related error.Sam also helps to explain the extended warranty for us. He also confirms there is a 30-day full refund cancellation period. The basic warranty seems to be pretty good covering most engine and transmission parts.Overall, we are very satisfied with Sam's service.

These guys are GREAT!I bought this car from 2000 miles away in the Austin, Texas, area after finding it first via KBB than at their website.I was specifically looking for a 1993-1995 Mercedes R129 - SL500 that was discounted in price due to some appearance issues but a solid car to begin restoration.This 1994 SL500 looked almost perfect for my needs AND the color - a dark green-blue (teal) is much less common than all the silver, black, red, and white cars and I really like that. I also absolutely required a light interior. No more black leather interiors for me here in Texas!I had two different pre-purchase inspections (PPI) done and both said the car had various imperfections but drove and handled well. So I did the deal and Sam was easy to work with.On March 7, I flew from Austin to Seattle to finally see the car in person. I liked the second PPI people (Schmitt Automotive in Kent, WA) so well - and they were a dedicated Mercedes shop with experience in older cars, I had them do some major preventative maintenance. Since I was going to drive it home, it seemed like a good idea. I basically told them get me home OK! And... they did.On March 18, I pulled into my driveway in Cedar Park, Texas, (just outside of Austin) and I had no major issue on the entire trip - which was almost 2,800 miles.This was kind of crazy thing for a 75 year old recent widower to do but it worked out well and I got to visit relatives and friends in several cities on the way home.Pictures show me leaving my cousin's house in Edmonds, Washington, arrived at home in Cedar Park, Texas, and safely in my backyard complete with a nice new grille.

It's an odd place for a dealer but the showroom is beautiful, the cars are beautiful and Sam is nice. It's easy to miss the dealer when you pull up. The signs could be bigger and better placed. Other than that. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a high-end vehicle.

I had a great experience purchasing my "dream car" from Unique Motors. This was my first time purchasing out of state, and they made the whole process very easy. I thought their communication was great, they were happy to help me arrange a pre purchase inspection, and overall were very professional. We were able to quickly reach a reasonable deal, and got the car loaded on a truck of my choice and shipped to me exactly in the condition it was described. Can't really see how things would have gone better in terms of buying a used car (which can so easily turn into a nightmare). I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again if they had something I was in the market for.

Im definitely not one to leave reviews, especially good reviews, but i feel Simon went above and beyond and completely exceeded my expectations. My wife and i just welcomed our newborn son into the picture 5 weeks ago, so needless to say any spare time and sitting at a dealership or anymore to be honest isnt an option. Simon handled everything extremely efficiently and to the T. We found a 2013 Subaru outback. He had pictures and reciepts of previous work done, headgaskets and timing belt and the car was immaculate inside and out. We filled out an online app, simon sent us a few of the best options he could get for financing. Just to test him we called our own bank to see about financing and simons quote was exactly the same as our credit union offered us! No ripping us off, no adding interest, no BS... honest car salesman are hard to come by these days and iam extremely proud to say my wife and i found one. We showed up, put an affordable down payment on the outback, signed papera and were gone in just under 1hr...amazing. not saying this happens everytime but i can read people well, and simon busted his butt to make sure everything was smoothe beginning to end! We will never look elsewhere for a vehicle as long as we live in the Puget sound area! Thankyou again Simon

Tired of looking at cookie cutter cars that look like all the others on the big car lots? I highly recommend checking this place out if you see something on the lot that interests you. The dealership is smaller scale but they have a good variety of used cars. Call first and make an appointment if you want to test drive something. They only have two sales associates but the two gentlemen answered all my questions and made the purchase of my truck very enjoyable. If I'm interested in another different and "unique" looking vehicle, I'll go back to them! People will say that I'm just saying positive things because I'm friends with them but trust me I'm not. But honestly both guys were cool so I could see us being friends! Keep up the good work!

So I waited to write this review. I wanted to go home and write a glorious review right away but the pessimis in me said wait to see if some "other shoe" dropped. It's been a few months since I bought my car from Unique Motors and I am still beyond thrilled. First, the car was a great value. I had done my research and could tell that if there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle then I would be getting a great car at a great price.Second, the gentleman I worked with was no nonsense, straight forward (Sam). He certainly wasn't a pressure salesman. I think these guys sell great cars at a great price (mine was at least). I'd been searching for the right Forester for an exhausting two months when I saw one at Unique Motors that fit my needs.
